I’m John Willoughby and I am pleased that you are visiting my site.  I am a 18 year Mortgage Professional with Mid America Mortgage Services of Kansas City, Inc.  I am a life long resident of Kansas City, Missouri residing with my wife Marilyn in the glorious Northland.   We have 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren around whom our life revolves.

I have had the pleasure to help thousands of families throughout Missouri and Kansas make good decisions in choosing their financing on their homes during my career; over $400 million in mortgage loans closed.   I attribute my success to my desire to make sure that every homeowner thoroughly understands the mortgage process, the programs available and are comfortable with the decisions they are making for their family. 

My passion is to make my clients comfortable and confident. Today my business is 95% referral from past closings which suggests that I must be doing something right!
