1.   HUD’s Settlement Cost Booklet     This is the most recent booklet offered by HUD to explain the new HUD Settlement Statement and Good Faith Estimate of mortgage costs that is mandated to be used nationwide by all mortage lenders.   

2.   Consumer Handbook of Adjustable Rate Mortgages     Produced by the Federal Reserve Board, this booklet offers a complete explanation of Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMS).   

3.    Prequal worksheet    This form, when completed, will provide much of the information needed for most applications for mortgage. Documentation to support your information will still be necessary.
